fruit tasting

At wednesday we stay to school and wait at 5:30.After 5:30 we went upstair and went to the classroom. Then i teached my mum about the five major food groups
And i told her what are the five major food groups are it’s fruit and vegetable,proteins bread and cereal ,milk and milk products and the fifth is sugars and fats.

Then we went to the bread i told her about the whole grain  and  refined grain and the white bread is bad because it  has less nutrition than i told mum the white bread is bad and the brown bread is good because it's whole grain.

Then we went to the cereal i told my mum
That what is the healthiest cereal my mum said the  the 1.0 and i said that's right because it has not to much sugar.
Then we went to the  juice and i told her that what is the  the healthiest and she said the wrong one because more sugar.
The right one is the fresh orange because it has no sugar and it natural sugar.
